riends, supporters and readers you have noticed the updates are getting scarce lately and not every one in the sexpat community is happy. Some feel neglected, abandoned, afraid their name will be forgotten by Google. "Malheur!... Malheur! How can one live without others' attention? Taking away their fame is taking away their life! One of them is Michael "Mike" Mountstephen "aka" Spooks" owner of the barfines brothel SpooksCDO located in Cagayan De Oro Philippines.

Folks, let me first explain why this slowdown in updating more often the blog as I was doing before. Is just because there wasn't any need lately. It has accomplished its mission, bring most of the big mouths to order, that is most of the macho old fart sex community capitulated - Even this BIG mouth Michael Turner disappeared from the cyber scene - now count their words before posting with a scientific type calculator, under the principle "of never feed trolls, psychopaths, sociopaths, just ignore them, they will go away".

Which may be true for those fitting the description, that's not the case of this blogger, Evan.

You ignore Evan or not, he will stick on your ass until you abide by the rule of law, Written or un-written, those moral rules that most of you in CDO did take long to understand how serious I was, persistent and not ready to give up, until you got it and decided to take no for an answer.
You did comply, at least publicly, by dramatically changing the image of your Yahoo forum, that was nothing else but the turf of a band of an indecent sexpats and low IQ ole farts that inclunded a few criminals and pedophiles, shaming the entire legitimate expat community in the PH.

As I am here, need to congratulate you on your last accompli-shment; Forcing one of the most notorious hard core sexpat the PH and THAI sexpat community combined haven't see worst, to shut down his blog. This blog of shame that for years you were tolerating the content, together with his shameful postings on the forum. Jil Wrinkle is gone, forgotten, "Vive Jil Wrikle, shame on them that still show off with him on youtube clips. They know who they are, they are reading this. Our thoughts are now with this girl he brought to the US, a jobless bump a known druggie and lazy. Hopefully, she will find her Albert Dermott there and leave him.

As said in the beginning, there is one sexpat, a nostalgic, one that can't live without my flame. I'm wondering if I am not playing his masochistic game by being his partner, or he needs more of my flames, those flames that changed his life for ever, his brothel is gone, maybe he was looking for a way out? His mouth on the Xrated forums is no where to be seen or heard. Maybe he was looking for a way out? He even tried on a hidden forum, the one where the owner has put my head on bounty, no results either. No one cares about Evan.. Here is what he said on this forum.

Mike Mountstephen, tried several times on the LIC forum, underground of course, who went through all these things about hepatitis C treatment, mental illness etc. etc, still on the same page and in the Yahoo Expat Forum "discretely" and subtly, of course, trying to generate a discussion. Nothing!

What the guy was talking about was the forums, off topic messages, and anonymity. Honestly, do I meet any of the criteria? You always knew who your "friend" is, we didn't meet in a forum, never posted off topic, never had this opportunity.

• Spread rumors (for example, a noted person dying)
• Gossip about celebrities (celebrity A is gay or having an affair)

- Can you name a rumor I spread similar to the one mentioned above?
- Gossips about celebrities doesn't apply to you either. You aren't one.

The statement was made in a forum owned by an American with a registered membership of 99.9 foreigners. The owner of the forum, one named Paul Petrea, "aka" Woody Paul Petrea SR, A four time recidivist women batterer, is living in Cebu for 11 years now with a fake US passport, blacklisted by the Bureau of Immigration since 2006, yet, he managed to still be in the streets of Cebu undisturbed by means of bribing.

What is more disturbing, is that in this forum where the statement was made, Daisy Cline, A filipina married to an American living in Cagayan de Oro, is a moderator.

Filipinos, if that's not an attempt by these foreigners AND those few disgusting Filipinos collaborators like Daisy Cline to portray you in the international community as some one good only to be the target of a genocide exercise is what?

hile In the middle of updating Michael Turner's newest events (Plenty!) this morning an alert came to my mailbox about an entry on the sister blog that I had to interrupt and give priority on this issue that I'm planning to go as far as I can to stop further action of this paranoid trying to make money out of a guy fighting for his life in a prison.

"Reader, what ever your conviction is about Kevin Taylor, innocent or guilty for the crimes as charged, there are reasons for both to act in his favor. If you feel he's innocent, let it be known, if you feel is guilty, then, please consider that he has paid much more than the crime he committed, his life is in danger, enough is enough, send your thoughts to the prosecutor's office in the most diplomatic and respectful manner and let him know that not all foreigners share the thoughts of Perry Gamsby on this matter and other Perry's defaming statements.

Here is what I'm talking about:. For many months, we haven't heard about the progress of Kevin Taylor in getting closer to a trial date or the charges be dropped and be freed. The only source of information we have is this forum managed by Perry Gamsby that exploit the opportunity to spit his venom on the PH government and judicial system for reasons as explained several times on this blog, recklessly, selflessly without thinking of the damages he's inflicting on the accused, his wife and his parents.

He went (again) on the Yahoo forum supposedly created to help Kevin Taylor and in a crisis of psychosis once again screamed his hatred for the Philippines that for years he was telling us was a paradise. He did it where he shouldn't,wondering if he really wants Kevin to be freed or keep him in jail for ever and use it as as showcase to calm his convulsions -unfortunately for the world occur too often. Now, as for the reasons Perry Gamsby left the Philippines, he has no reason to slander the country for his failure, that country that he called "home" for twenty years.
He went back to Australia with a wife and 5 children profiting of the generous welfare the country provides to its citizens, one of the best, much better that this of many developed European countries. The fat ass don't need to work, what ever income he generates on line goes unreported in his bank account in the PH and...life is good!... Maybe we should inform the AU taxation office? We'll see....

He's also talking about revolution in the Philippines. Reader, Perry is not the one he wants you to believe he is. He portrays himself as an activist fighting corruption and injustice but at the same time slandering the Filipinos all over the net and in his books. The reality is, he lived in the country under the status of a true sexpat, with "celebrities" partners like Paul Petrea and Christopher Bennetts.

I was wondering, what kind of revolution he's dreaming for the Philippines? He's using the word MOB, "The mob will take care of Kevin's Taylor judge" Us, living in Europe close to the recent uprising of Arab People, we cal them "insurgents" fighting for democracy in their countries. The mob, is usually a band of criminals found not only in the Sicilian mafia but to some "revolutionary governments" in countries like Liberia, Somalia, Congo, to name a few, that seized the country to loot it more than the one governing before, in their turn, they will be chased by another mob, so on and so forth. Does Perry know what's the difference between a mobster and an insurgent? Certainly not. I am not planing to waist my time explaining to this sexpat. All he's interested is to sell his misleading books, regardless of the harm he's causing on his marketing strategy.

Reader, The Philippines is not a perfect place to live, and is true for Filipinos and foreigners as well. You foreigner, have the choice of staying or leaving, If you don't like it, just leave as a gentleman, like some one who wasn't forced to come and live in this country; It was your choice. Why use your failure for therapeutic purpose to calm down your mental problems that you always had?

Gamsby's temper has angered many, he has practically no friends, even those close supporters like Brad Hughes, Chris Bennetts or Paul Petrea have left the building long ago. Yet, he continues his insults through out, accusing any one who has different ideas or want to stay anonymous as been a troll, he has angered also the parents of Kevin Taylor that had to intervene in the forum with the following statement"

Mr Taylor, the only one can save your son is you, with the help of human rights organizations in the UK and not with the involvement of the sexpats living in the Philippines. Michael Turner - Gus Rodano and the Rotary International .

nless it becomes necessary by any new event, today will be the last entry mentioning the Rotary in a business dispute that Michael Turner tried to make it a Rotary matter to attract a wider attention from the community at large, thinking also that my involvement is favoring him as the "drama" is taking more bandwidth in the blogsphere. Michael Turner (like Paul Petrea) loves publicity, of any kind, for him, there isn't bad publicity-good publicity, is just publicity. "As long others talk about me, means that "I'm a person of interest! I exist!"

He's miscalculating

Readers, it takes a bunch of time to analyze the mind of a loser psychopath fighting with his past failures and missteps and today's repeat of the same. You don't remake the behavior of a man in his 50's, especially a behavior tight to his DNA, that unfortunately the environment they grew up did not contribute to at least partially alter this DNA and make them better beings. That's the case of Michael Turner.

Why the Rotary's web site? He has his own blog, actually, he duplicates the same entries on his!. Here is the reason folks:

By doing so, he creates a circus atmosphere, blaming the Rotary for what happened with his partner Rotarian Gus Rodano, putting pressure on the Rotary to take position between the two (Him and Rodano) and Folks! guess what! He succeeded! Rodano is gone! he's out of his club! He's now "Mister Rodano" and no more "Rotarian Rodano"!. So, now that both are stripped of their membership, is no longer a Rotary matter! You got it? Is now a "personal matter!" You see how cleverly the Rotary gets rid of the problem? I personally hail the decision of the board of directors to get rid of both, one not worth better than the other. Because, to be honest, this isn't a Rotary matter. Unlike my persistent crusade to put out of business the Village Aide Program that was a 100% Rotary matter,a Rotary organization defrauding Rotarians and good people to enrich themselves, Turner is pleading a case that has strictly nothing to do with the Rotary. A brief history of the conflict that will be developed further in near future entries goes like this:

In his previous saga with another Filipino partner that (according to Turner) happened 90% the exact same thing, he won a case in a civil court in CDO having as star witnesses the ones he's suing today! Gus Rodano and others were employees of the then Builders SEO company owned and managed (on paper) by Maricyl Castillon, but in reality under the grip of Michael Turner. This was part of a plot of all of them to put Maricyl out of business, close the "Builders SEO" seized all material, goodby ~~Builders SEO,~~ hello Sticky Media Solutions!

As you know by now, Turner "rewarded" his heroes by making them instant business owners, otherwise unachievable by Filipino Standards for these young guys, but thanks to Michael their dream came through! Yeah? May be....I any case, let's again applaud the team in a standing ovation, one last time Congratulations!

Michael Turner went even further in his "generosity" towards the architect of the plot against Maricyl Castillon that is Gus Rodano: He sponsored him (Gus) to join the Rotary Club, the same club Turner was a member. He thought that Rodano's membership in the Rotary will strength their relationship, hey, what the hell, are we guided by the 4 way test or not? I even noticed, that Gus Rodano was on the list of directors in the Rotary year 2011-12, Michael Turner wasn't!

Fellow readers, supporters, Rotarians, Free Masons and any one who chose organizations, clubs, Fraternities and other not mentioned to polish their intellectual or business skills, I have a message for you, I'll scream it as loud I can to tell you this:

In my 30 years of activity in the Masonic Lodges in several countries, 4 years in the Rotary, been involved in several business in France and elsewhere, I learned that those who tied the success, growth and prosperity of their business with the organizations above hoping on an over night enrichment due to the members' mutual support windup to be the big losers.
The winners were those who carefully studied the history and contributions to the Mankind, interpreted the teaching and virtues the organization was built upon, the integrity of the members is composed, listened to their experience, failures and successes, detected the worthy, ignored the "arrivists" - opportunists that is, creates his own agenda, (If he stays) or move out.

An intelligent member will always put in one foot only, will keep low profile on his appurtenance and his actions in the org, playing it a little naive and ignorant, just in limit not to be labeled as stupid, will help to be trusted, he'll see who the real friends are, and those who'll try to abuse him.

He will avoid publicity in the community, and most important, will approach business offers and ventures in the most prudent manner, separating the wheat from the chaff, provided he knows how to do it!... Michael Turner and Gus Rodano aren't any of those. The first one, did all the opposite, bet his bottom dollar in the Rotary and ended in tears, the other one, thought that his fellows, mostly Filipinos, will come to his rescue as he did in 2006 for Michael Turner. None was there!..

They both miscalculated

So, the Rotary club of Cagayan De oro got rid of both, not a big a loss, for once I will agree with the Rotary that this isn't their business, eventually, Michael Turner will surrender the web site to whom paid for and belong to, the Rotary club of Cagayan De Oro. Amen, (Rotary) case closed.

Now that we have separated the wheat from the chaff, let's move on and take a look on the latest developments. But first, the author needs to explain a few things about this entry, just to make the point to his loyal- including Mike Farrell- because if I don't, I'll hear from the sergeant's loud, grave, scary voice!...

There will be several entries - as the story is unfolded by the characters involved - priority will be given over other matters, (Lucky you Chris Bennetts! A little relief for you, not much though, I don't want Michael to steal the parade, there will be for every one! no worries!).

As I said before, this is the story of a dangerous psychopath living in Cagayan De Oro that manages to get away despite the harm he has done to locals. (See previous entries). I have rarely seen a foreigner breaking the law every often and feel so comfortable living there, openly making defamatory statements, aggressive as hell.

I will walk you through his business practice in the Philippines, how he creates bogus corporations putting naive and ignorant young guys and girls as a front store, leaving himself and his family out of it, yet controlling, hiring and firing as fit in a corporation but, his name is no where to be found.

In closing, today I will update you to the latest as recorded by Michael Turner regarding a court decision issued September 17th, apparently in his favor, to me a mix bag. He had filled for a MANDATORY INJUNCTION AND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER demanding form the court the following:

(I am bringing you a partial list - but the most essential - of the demands made, then I will direct you to the full - original complain- if interested by the details.

l.b. Not to operate and engage the business of Meara
Interactive Inc. and not to open its office and not to run its SEO
business;

l .e. To make and/or submit to an inventory and
accounting of all the business operations, property assets and
equipment of Sticky Media;

l .f. To return all the money collected from the clients of
Turner, Harvest and StickyMedia from the United
States or from any foreign clients and from the local clients;

l.g. To return all money taken by defendants as "cash
advances" amounting to hundreds of thousands of pesos;

1.i. To appoint plaintiff Michael Alan Turner as the
Receiver for StickyMedia pending litigation and accounting.

4. Ordering defendants to pay plaintiffs solidarily the following
sutns:
3.5.a. P500,000.00 as Moral Damages;
3.5.b. PlOO,OOO.OO as Exemplary Damages.
3.5.c. P200,000.00 as Attorney's Fees, plus
3.5.d. costs of suit.

An here is what he (Turner) got in a ruling by the judge (? ) Judge who? I don't see any name on the resolution!

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most
respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that a Temporary
Restraining Order issue against defendants ordering them or their
representatives and agents:

1. Not to engage or operate any business that would directly or
indirectly compete with the Search Engine Optimization
business and all its aligned and related businesses and
services as contained in the non-competition and
confidentiality agreements;

2. Not to operate and engage the business of Meara Interactive,
Inc. and not to open its office and not to run its SEQ business
and any business that competes with plaintiffs' business;

3. Not to collect from any of the clients of plaintiffs, whether in
America or anywhere else, for the billings of the SEO
services rendered by Plantiffs Turner, Harvest and
Sticky Media to these clients; and

4. To refrain from doing any act that would cause directly or
indirectly any damage or financial loss or injury to the
business of plaintiffs.

Other relief just and equitable are likewise prayed for.

And for the rest? The money demanded for damages, punitive and others, legal expenses and more? The money collected from clients to be returned? The cash advances taken by the defendants also? Inventory and accounting requested? Computers and "millions worth of trade secrets, software, servers and all James Bond like fantasies"? No word on those demands in the resolution

Gus Rodano can now sleep the night. He can change the name from Meara to N- (like New) Meara and is all set with the compliance of the order. For the rest, he knows what to do, don't he? He had the best teacher in the sorcery science you can find lol!

Thus, this derivative suit with an urgent prayer for the issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order".

Oh no! There we go again! The Rotary again! I read and re-read Turner's TRO-Civil Action, I haven't see Jaraula's name mentioned. Why the Judge mentioned it? It is possible that there was a hearing held in the case that Former Mayor testified? But he's not on the list of witnesses shown in the complain. What ever it is, why this negotiation lead by Jaraula as a Rotarian and former Rotary district governor was so important to the Judge? The way it is written in the resolution looks to me that Jaraula intervened in favor of Turner.

The second phrase is all over the resolution, repeated times and again. Is about the Harvest SEO company supposedly owned by Michael Turner. The Judge keep associating him with a nonexistent company in the Philippines, unknown and unregistered,but still collecting money from clients abroad for services rendered in the Philippines, by taxed Filipino workers, unreported income by Turner. He has been challenged several times to disclose information about this phantom business, the defendants mentioned it in their counter affidavit, but the Judge ignored it!. Wasn't important for him to examine the integrity of the plaintiff before buying his arguments? All it takes is just a question to realize that he's dealing with a liar as Michael Turner is. He did not...

They removed from the Yahoo group albums many of these shameful pictures of their wives, Spooks stopped posting on the group and much more, just to name a few changes. Oh.. Gordy is planting vegetables in a new house he has now moved, we don't see him much around, reportedly he's (physically) sick, like the poor guy had not enough with his mental problems…As for Mike Farrell, he too has slowed down his temper and fanfares but always thinking of me - sending me "kind regards:" and the like. Thanks Mike...

Most recently, the latest events in CDO prompting us to look at them exclaiming in dismay "I told you so!" or "Michael Turner will do it again" and he did. Just a few days ago. Like the one who has done it before:

For you Fellow reader that you are not a Rotary Member let me explain you what exactly this highest Rotary International award is all about.
Any Rotarian, can buy it by making a donation to Rotary Foundation of 1000 US$. Your club, will give you the award in a special ceremony, usually, during the induction of the new set of officers taking place around July every year. You can have one even you haven't contributed a single day to help others, as long as you pay the money. THAT'S IT!
Michael Turner paid for his, thinking that he will now be a member of the "middle chamber" of his club, some one important, as he keeps claiming in his blog that you'll read shortly. Myself did not! It was given to me as a token to "my foul time job" helping schools, elderly and mentally disabled in my village of Songculan in Panglao Island. Thrilled? Bull shit! a month later I blew the whistle to those "philanthropists" Rotarians of the Village Aide Program for spending 10 cents to the dollar receiving from Clubs, The Rotary Foundation and from Good people donations. For me, the one I'am thrilled of receiving is those received from the barangay of Songculan and the school.

In a previous entry about Michael Turner, while I presented you the story containing the truth and nothing but the truth, I also warned who ever this may concerned about this psychotic foreigner, that should he continue to interact with the local community we'll read again his name on the local news head lines. If this didn't happen yet this time, wait until the press gets involved in this new saga, I'm sure this will happen sooner or later. Let's now begin the story:

Michael Turner, being in his usual ill (dangerous) state of mind, hijacked the Rotary Club of Cagayan De Oro web site to use it as a mean to expose his partner Rotarian Gus Rodano who contributed to the ousting of his (Turner's) previous partner Marisyl Castillon as the latest stated on her affidavit in a Florida court in 2006. Read bellow an extract.

Then, Rodano replaced Castillon as the General Manager of the newly created business "Sticky Media Solutions" having the legal responsibility of the corporation as required by PH law, that this person should be a PH citizen, Turner wasn't.

In his statement on the Rotary's Club web site, he's accusing -besides Gus Rodano - the Paul Harris Fellows Rotarians "Mafia" of his club for conspiracy, helping financially Rodano and also approving the stealing of his business by him and some other partners and stock holders.

At first, it looks like a common story under the "What goes around comes around" but reading sentence after sentence one realizes is not only filled with crap but also with threats. Knowing the history of this felon, the interested parties should take them seriously. I will now direct you to the original site that he erased after only 3 days of publication claiming he's receiving death threats, and that his lawyer advised him to leave town for his safety. He has also posted 49 pages of his complain in a civil court in CDO, plus other criminal charges with the prosecutors office against 5 defendants, not yet published.

Unless you are a Rotary Member, Who cares about Turner's crap? Apparently no one.. He thinks that all future investors in the PH will be in line to read his saga and this will make pressure to the officials and the court to rule in his favor. He's writing in his blog:

Googling the word keys "harvestSEO, I realized he closed all pages pointing to this business in Florida, cached pages show that the originals were there between 27 of July and 12 of August 2011. Of course folks! The timing is right! He's now in court proceedings, even worst, has this stalker Evan on his ass! How he can afford to be ridiculed posing as a big shot in a non existing business? but this time putting as registrant his bogus company "harvestSEO" and his name as "Technical Contact"

Working in the Philippines the American way, without proper licenses and business permits would be suicidal for a foreigner and Turner knows that. So he had to legitimize the business by creating a corporation naming it StickyMediaSolutions, the same as the web site that kept the ownership to himself. Here is a partial screen shot of the corporation sheets showing the incorporators involved. His name is not there. I'll tell you why later.

Turner's scam was working like this:
The US and other countries' clients, were contracting services with Michael Turner, as owner of the bogus business HarvestSEO, thinking he's based in Florida USA.

In fact, he had a Florida telephone number but is forwarded to the Philippines.
In his turn, Michael Turner sub-contracted the job to MediaStickySolution inc. in the Philippines, that even though from day one was his business, he would keep himself out, knowing that sooner or later he will be in litigation with the "incorporators" litigation that he will create from scratch, when time will come to get rid of his partners for reasons that we will have to wait for the defendants to post their affidavit, so we will know the other side of the story. When this time came, he put the date of May 27th 2011 on 4 documents representing 4000 shares making him the major stock holder of the corporation (The defendants had only 2500 shares combined). He got hold of the business, filed the law suit, accused the others for stealing computers, money, softwares and more. Same old story….But this time, he involved his Rotary Club as the main source of the "conspiracy",

One more time, in simple words so the ole fart sexpats understand what was going on since-as I said -this is different of watching the chicks belly dancing at Spooks..

1-Michael Turner, advertised, introduced himself and was known as the owner of a big SEO company in Florida USA. under the name "harvestSEO" No company is registered in the state of Florida under this name. There was nothing, no office, no car, just a telephone number that was forwarded to the Philippines. Any Contract with prospective clients was signed between, say "Delta Airlines" and harvestSEO. Of course, he was letting them know that he's using talented people in the Philippines earning a fraction of their US counterpart and that's why he could do the job for less.

2- In order to outsource the job in the Philippines, he had two choices: Using an existing Philippines owned business, or create his own business in the Philippines. As expected, he chose the second. He set up the corporation with only 2500 shares out of 10 000, just the minimum required by PH law. All 2500 shares were sold to 7 shares holders, all working partners including Gus Rodano in the position of the CEO. His name, (Turner's) or any member of his family is no where to be found in the act. In reality, he had in his possession 4000 undated shares, that he dated them in May 27th 2011 stating in the affidavit that were given to him at the date above (May 27th 2011)"for valuable consideration"(BS!) becoming the major holder of the corporation.

3- Having the foreign client contracting directly with HarvestSEO, StckyMediaSolutions had no clue as to what the original contracting price was, leaving it up to Turner to give them whatever he wanted to do the job. Sticky Media Solution had not access on the accounting of harvestSEO. How they were able to misappropriate funds of Turner's customers?

4- According to the court affidavit filled by Michael Turner, he became officially a major stock holder on May 25th 2011. Before that, he was unknown to this corporation, other than being a client. The corporation was created in 2006. Why they had to give him a detailed accounting, financial statements and inventory of all equipment? As soon as he became a major stock holder, the original incorporators deserted the premise and left him alone. They went on their own!. It was their most absolute right!...

Sexpats in CDO, your prodigal son that so proudly charged him to represent you in social gatherings and events, will have a lot of explaining to do. You can swallow his BS but Evan will be here to reveal - once again - the truth... stay tuned....

In closing, I have reasons to believe the psychopath will strike again. The reasons are the following:

1- A psychopath, never realizes his condition, lives in total denial of his illness disregarding the symptoms that making him dangerous, in his (Turner's) case is once again true by his own delirium seen in his writings: (Click on to enlarge it)

Folks, this stupid sick businessman must understand that the IT world is foul of copy cats as no other tech brunch. The courts around the world are busy resolving complaints by hundreds every day. But as a geek myself, I have never read anything like this, no one went on line in a psychotic (And dangerous) state of mind to find justice of what he thinks was deprived. Readers,I can assure you that there will be not another Marisyl Castillon case favorable to Michael Turner, it was favorable probably with the help of those he accuses today of betrayal. As a former Rotarian myself, I'll let you know what "the culture" is all about and why Michael Turner has no weight or a possible strategy to harm any one in the Rotary. I have been able to shut down a crooked Rotary charity business that had in its ranks and was supported by the biggest Rotary shots around the world, including some sitting in Evanston Illinois where the Administration is located. Turner's bla bla bla doesn't scare any one. Unless he comes up with solid evidence (If not irrefutable proof) of real wrong doing of those he accuses, he will pay the consequences of his actions in a big way.

Chris and I spent a lot of time together and I am 100 percent sure he is part of an international underage pornographic syndicate. Who specialize in making pornographic videos and pictures of young Filipina girls and boys".

Expats and Sexpats dollars. Who's profiting?

he latest sentencing of 2 Swedish cybersex den operators in Cagayan De Oro that triggered an avalanche of comments and discussions still going on with a great amount of bandwidth on several blogs and news papers. On those accepting readers' comments, one can see what this blogger here told you all along since day one; Cagayan De Oro is the next Eldorado for sex operators of any type, be it in brick and mortar brothels or cyber dens. I have explained the reasons in the past, but I will repeat them again soon. "I told you so"months ago, that a portion of the expat community in CDO is favoring the spread of this kind of business in their community as being productive, creates jobs, is healthy(sic!) for the girls that otherwise are risking their lives on the streets, at least that's what Mike Belter and Mike Mountstephen in CDO told us. But if these two sexpats used their real ID to express their thinking, others did the same anonymously saying the same thing. Below is an example of one, whereas reflects the spirit of an ill pragmatism, something personally I call it pure cynicism.

They did nothing wrong? IT consultants? Yeah right!… You mean like Chris Bennetts? He also is an IT consultant…Mike Mountstephen "aka" Spooks is not. He's civil engineer specialized in brick and mortar brothels. Nice community, isn't it?
Any way, it's now time for an assessment as to how much the expats and sexpats living in the Philippines are contributing to the growth of the country resulting in sustainable projects and well being to the recipients.

The true expats, peacefully living in the country most with their Filipina wife, came from abroad with hard earned dollars in their saving account and a retirement income that numbers will follow. Many invested their savings in "dream houses" right upon arrival, others rented, in a wait and see mode "if they like it" here , before build or buy.
Folks, don't imagine a construction booming due to the migration of foreigners; Peanuts compare to the FOW contribution as we'll see later in this entry. Besides, the chunk of the money spending profit a contractor paying the lowest wages possible to the workers, corresponding to a small percentage of what he charged the owner, not even enough to feed themselves, some stores selling building materials that no matter how high the profit is, employees got the same poor wages and benefits.

Frankly, they don't consider you as an investor that thanks to your dollars they have seen better days in their life. In fact, they don't care about you at all!…Or, may be, some do. A few members of assawa's family they helped as much as permitted by their income, or willing to spend in this direction.

There are those who came alone with a retirement income from meager to a couple of thousand dollars a month, with the exception of Bradley Hughes who spend much more than that as he said in his very successful Yahoo forum I am strongly advising you to join for help and guidance. Please listen to Brad before you pack up and go to the Philippines or else! By the way Brad, thanks for promoting me in your forum, I feel obligated to reciprocate.

Anyway, most of these guys are sexpats in search of not very clear what, an under age boy or a girl, a trivial relationship with a woman, or with good attentions in finding a wife and stay in the Philippines. How much they spent? where? Most of it goes to bars, brothels and other form of entertainment. Did they really contributed to economic growth of the PH? Peanuts!
Cagayan De Oro city and barangays have a population of 600 Thousands and an estimated of a 1000 foreigners, expats, sexpats and "businessmen" combined, two third of them retirees, one third sexpats living on and off there and just a few businessmen like Mike Turner and Spooks. I'll let you do the math.

Americans is from far the number one community living in the PH. The US State Department posted a number of 250 thousand US citizens. Possible, but this includes Filipinos acquired US citizenship that either way they will go home for retirement, also their way of life and spending can't be compared with the "real Americans" so to speak. It also includes legitimate business investors in the country with some of their personnel came from the US.

Next, are those from Asian descendent, Japanese, Koreans Chinese, followed by British and Aussies, Germans leading the none English speaking from European Union. So how many in total? No one knows. Not even the Immigration. The practice of "pay and stay as you want, no questions asked" make it easy for every one to live there, To my observation in Bohol, Cebu area and Layette, (regions that I know) the total number of foreigners living in the PH permanently is not grater than 5 to 600 thousands with most living on a US pension. How much they can help? As much as Paul Petrea that lives with no income from abroad at all and no legitimate business in Cebu, depending on crooked business and scams; Probably, they are bringing more prejudice to the country than help. Those involved in the sex industry have destroyed its image so bad that honest expats and tourists go elsewhere.

As to you lucky one, who got some direct help from a Kuya Joe,because it happened to be the husband of one of your sisters or aunties, like a substantial help for studies or a small business creation, no Utang Na Loob to Kuya either. Just help someone else with the same as you received. A good Kuya won't ask for that and will do everything you don't feel that way, or go on the internet trumpeting the donation of a pair of chinilas during Christmas time. A good Kuya won't agree with these bastards Mike Belter and the like that you are better off working in a brothel than in a jollibe pizza shop. If you are a young girl, you should join the Tubaga movement or any other activist's org. in the country and request the removal of such sexpats.

Judge Jeoffre W. Acebido of Misamis Oriental Regional Trial Court branch 41 found Swedish national Bo Stefan Sederholm, 31, and Emil Andreas Solemo, 35, guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of trafficking in persons.

In its 25-page decision, the court said: "It will not shirk from its duty to impose the most severe of penalties against anybody, be he a foreign national or a citizen of this country who tramples upon the dignity of a woman by taking advantage of her vulnerability."

The court added that the foreign nationals "should not abuse the hospitability and protection accorded to them during their temporary stay in the country by making it a haven for their criminal activities."

Finally! Justice is done. The message is sent clear and loud!. Activist and bloggers contributed are seen their struggle paying off. But that's far of being the end of the story;

this unprecedented court decision has shaken the expat and sexpat community throughout the Philippines and many countries around the world where the news was broadcasted, mostly praising the judge for taking this unexpected resolution. In fact, thousand of criminals, human traffickers, pimps and pedophiles, white collar crooks wanted in their countries are getting away by means of bribing, continuing living in the Philippines like nothing happened, with the blessing of the PH Immigration according them stay so easy that no other country on the planet do. When the story made the head lines 2 years ago every one was outraged, with the exception of course of the sexpat community that - as allways - saw "conspiracy and setup to blackmail them (The Swedish) and soon they will be out on bail as others in similar case did"

2- Would you please enlighten us, what are the benefits Filipinos living in the USA are receiving that US citizens don't? You are also telling us that cutting off these benefits the US will balance the budget? Wow!! It must be really big lol!!!

Readers welcome again to our site. You are now convinced that here we don't invent stories or gossips on people. All we do is bring real stories about real people, as read and heard in the news, discussed in the forums and blogs throughout the world, particularly in the Philippines, the country of our choice that we have special ties and compassion, things that the protagonists as named, did and said, of course, as usual, bringing you to the source of their statements and actions.

Today's story shouldn't have made it to this wall of shame, since is not a typical subject the bloggers here usually treat, prostitution, human trafficking and cold blood criminals living in the expat community being the main subjects.

But it happened times and again, a banal story involving a foreigner who got in trouble with the law was publicized in the expat community so high that the Sexpat community found an interest in the story and joined the party the big way, something that triggered our curiosity as to what the motive could be.But first the story.

Some time in the year 2009, the Philippines police arrested a British citizen named KEVIN TAYLOR and his Filipina companion in a sting operation after received complains about illegally recruiting, or promising, or "facilitating", - depend who you ask - overseas jobs to Filipino applicants and received fees for their service. Read the story here as the national press in the Philippines diffused it so we can move on.

Arrested, imprisoned, the crime as charged is not bailable, meaning remain in jail awaiting trial, that can take some times years before the proceedings begin. As of this writing, they are still incarcerated under the same conditions as thousands of Filipino law breakers, horrible that is, as known to be the prisons in the PH.

Some of the British nationals living in the PH alerted the expat community and the British media about their incarceration, google here and read as much as you want. But that's not all they (expats) did. They went on the forums, some existing others created for support to Kevin Taylor, like Paul Petrea's LIC "terminated" the support thread early for reasons long to explain.

Recently, around January of this year, some one setup a Yahoo group named Help_Kevin_Taylor.

Noticed the number of postings per month? From 875 in Feb. to 261 in March, Today April 10th there is only 4. No new members accepted, no donations accepted to help Kevin. What happened?

The same question about donations and new membership denial has been asked by another blogger here that he thinks is a scam. It sure is Sir!

"It's more than a scam, it's a rip-off. I know it, I was a member, they banned me when I blew the whistle on harm rather than help they were bringing to Kevin Taylor and his wife, careless to the consequences as long as a few members from the sexpat and scam club in Cagayan De Oro were promoting their own agenda.

Not only banned me, they erased a bunch of incriminating messages that I pointed out backing up my allegations that this group, managed mainly by Perry Gamsby Brad Hughes Mike Farrell Elmer Zink, all known defamers- scammers and old farts sexpats, was nothing else than an occasion for them to show off "how good and compassionate they are!"Every thing they wrote about corrupting judges and prosecutors "to make things move faster", is there any one of you believe that the "interested parties" in the government didn't read them? Is there any naive that believes the PH intelligence services don't use the expats forums to collect information about indecent foreigners living in the country? The activities they are involved and statements are making?

They did not just erase the messages, they put the forum under strict moderation, refuging new subscriptions, put their key boards idle, that's what explain only four messages published so far in April. But why this sudden twist and silence of the lambs?

Folks, I can't be accurate and objective on the reasons without first revisit the ill personalities of those mentioned above that run the show of shame in Kevin Taylor saga.

The main figure, is this maniac depressive Perry Gamsby, moderator of what used to be a none moderated open to all group mentioned above, followed by Mike Farrell now discarded by the CDO expat community limiting his leadership to the sexpat wing of the group and Brad Hughes that all we can say is: "Father forgive Brad, he doesn't know what is he doing, neither does mentally retarded Elmer Zink" and of course Tom McAllaster the sexpat that his only regret is he never lived in CDO to enjoy the sexpat community at Spooks instead of the Rotary meetings in Tagbilaran Bohol. (Sorry Tom, that's all I had to offer you) !... You will read what each of them said to the forum to "help" Kevin.

When I said Perry Gamsby IS a maniac depressive, there is plenty to back up the allegation, mostly his own statements. Since Perry left the Philippines, or should I say the Philippines left him, has a hard time to be adjusted in his home country Australia.
The forums related to the PH owned by him and other foreigners is his daily (and nightly) occupation, he owns quite a few of them but his "specialty" is to visit others' groups, launch a few stinky farts and go on sleep mode for a while.
He has been recently banned from another forum, for been so nasty with the owner for no major reason, and it wasn't the first time. He usually chose non-moderated boards, accepting profanities and vulgar language that he calls himself a liberal and the style "freedom of expression". We'll see....

This is a typical style of a "writer" writing books about Philippines kind of "don't leave home without it" if you browse the link above you'll see more of the same Perry has said in the past. And is the rule rather the exception..

Then, when some body started the Kevin Taylor support group, Perry saw it coming as the opportunity to use it for his psychotherapy and also promote his books. He went on and on with dozens of postings having nothing to do with helping Kevin but more with Evan Iliadis who exposed his crooked business on the internet with partner Chris Bennetts, also taking on any one else who disagreed with him in the nastiest way a "writer" can handle the verbs, talking trolls and members' proxy IPs that he understands nothing, triggered a huge thread that plugged a few other "experts" Elmer Zink who lives in Arizona but never lived in the PH saw also the opportunity for some consideration badly denied in other forums he goes, because no one cares.
Take a look here folks. Do you read anything else other than Perry's screaming on Evan and some other guys members from the top of his lungs?

I posted a warning message but of course, as expected, never made it to the members, being censured before any one sees it, but it was enough to shake up the scammers to put the group in "order" by erasing entire threads and many messages, a last check shows that the group is now idle, a few only communicating in private, with Kevin and his wife still in prison.
What's the reason to keep it alive anyway, Perry and the others got their share of profit, now they are looking for the next forum for their regular therapy....Before move to Mike Farrell take a look also what this guy had to offer to take Kevin off the hook, Perry as a moderator liked it, let it go, he erased later but I put it back so any one can see the compassionate guys!...

For many years, Mike Farrell was cultivating the cult of his persona as a stand up US Marine hero;

When came to the Philippines all he had in his suitcases was a few clothing, some papers and a K-bar knife. Not many know about Farrell's life in the US prior to the his arrival here, for most, only his military title is known, not the one he tries to be glorified with, but the one as perceived by others and me, having an extensive knowledge in military culture, at least more than Mike thinks I do.

Mike is a tall man, impressive stature, strict appearance and according to Brad Hughes his slang, depressions, alcoholism and authoritarianism have irritated many, as also attracted others with similar profile but lacking the title of "first sergeant." that without it one is just an ordinary sexpat, like his friend and follower Gordon Elletson.
Considering that followers can't live without a leader, it was very easy for Mike to build a niche and create the first cell. But he was - and still does - suffering by an inferiority complex in the expat community; That not so many care about his military credentials and this put him below some others like Jim Cunningham - just an example - more conservative and down to earth way of life earned the respect of many, that together with some others decent expats in CDO other than Americans AND Americans, helped pushing Mike in the corner, where every one hope he will accept his new position and shut his mouth once a forever. But I doubt he will...

Realizing that the "first sergeant" tool doesn't produce much in his favor, he tried adding some more credentials to his name, like involvement in the Rotary International and the ELCI group delivering some food and school supplies to children, in a limited budget. But this small - almost insignificant-contribution to the local poverty alleviation effort was badly overshadowed by other initiatives that tarnished his and his followers' image resulting in the situation he put the CDO expat community, I have plenty in store, for at least another 5 entries to explain what I mean. We (me and you) need to go over a few things you have stated in a posting to the Yahoo Group concerning Kevin. You have been very busy lately in the battlefield fighting these unfaithful asses in the CDO expat group that want freedom and liberty of your hegemony. The question now is, who are the "every member" you are referring to? In Daisy's Cline statement shown above I recognize a couple of VIP's known to this blog, some I don't know who they are, so no comment, some are missing and we need to repair this injustice by including them. The first name come to my attention is Paul Petrea. He bought his PCP (Protection Coverage Plan) for 25 US$ from the ELCI Group, a subsidiary of the CDO Farrel's Sexpat Group that he - Mike- has full control over its decisions and operations. A known pimp in the red lights district in CDO, known also to this blog as been decorated with several entries related to human traffic violations he has admitted on line here and there. in the photo, you see Daisy Cline and some other ladies of the ELCI group.

He purchased his plan for 1000 pesos, = 25US$, same as Paul, got the PCP certificate, something from now on "don't leave home without it." But did he really needed? He already had one. If we believe his statement in the CDO Yahoo sexpats group, he was protected not only by the local elite but all the way to Manila by other big shots. Read it yourself here. Read the thread. Because two protections is better than one. By paying his dues and providing favors, he gets in exchange an image policing coverage as well. Besides, the ELCI group had to express its gratitude to this generous guy for his participation to their activities, like providing his place for scholarship distribution to girls as young as 14, giving them at the same time a tour of "the stage" where the "horses" (Spooks term) performing. Just in case they need a job after graduation!. The ELCI / SEXPAT GROUP/, the CDO group in general owes a lot more than than that to Spooks. He has contributed to the promotion of the ELCI charity that supposedly is composed by Expats wives but you won't find many of them, most are girl friends of foreigners that Spooks used them to send the message that his brothel is not one, instead is a family place. We have all learned something from the arrest of Sven Erik Berger and his Filipina Fiancee that no matter which side of the fence you put yourself it all comes to the same conclusion: An act of total disregard to the conventional "Innocent until proven guilty" rule, depriving the right of the accused to prove their innocence was reversed once again by no less than a chief of police that almost drugged a Governor to his ploy motivated by obscure reasons and/or incompetence. Thanks to the common sense

of Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia the worst has been avoided. Let's not repeat or comment on the facts, it's all said, all agreed on their innocence , but for readers that their country media did not cover the story here is some links.

What puzzles me more is the behavior and statements made by locals expressed in forums blogs and discussion boards where I read things, that in a certain wording or another all leading to believe they think the same. I chose the one above that closely matches how Filipinos perceiving theirs "guests" in general.

No tender at all!...What brought a peace loving people like Filipinos to be so rude and hostile to foreigners living within?

In the year 2003 (or 4?) the Sunday papers in Tagbilaran-Bohol came out with almost the same head line. The case of an Austrian in his 60s living alone in a waterfront mansion in Doljo - Panglao island. A lawyer, a woman in her 40s, came personally from Vienna with a judgment from an Austrian court in her hands, contacted the prosecution office in Tagbilaran explaining the reasons she was there;

A couple of years before, she was defending 3 underage boys victims of sexual molestation by the guy in an Austrian court, put him in jail, he was also sentenced to pay all legal expenses including her fees. He never did, once out of jail, he fled the country, found refuge in the Philippines living happily ever after...

Reading the judgment brought by the lawyer, the prosecutor ordered the Tagbilaran police department to make a "surprise" visit to this guy, the police accompanied by reporters, the lawyer was there too, all of them showed up to his mansion at 8 am. The papers published pictures of boys as young as 12 coming out of the shower, body covered with just a bath towel, they found a total of 5 living in the mansion.

During interrogation of parents and children, the police wasn't able to establish a clear act of pedophilia was taken place in the mansion, the parents insisting that he was "a good heart philanthropist taking care of children in the community and helping parents as well"

Then?... Case closed. He settled the payment of the money owed to the lawyer and continue living in the island like nothing happened.

I was shocked, outraged, invited my Filipino friends to my house, all highly educated and ask the question:

"Whether or not the prosecutor found probable cause to open a formal investigation to the "activities" of this foreigner living alone due to lack of a complaint or incriminating statements or witness, the simple fact that is now known having a prior criminal conviction in his country, isn't enough to at least alert the immigration and be on the watch list or under further surveillance? Shouldn't the PH immigration cancel his - what ever - visa he had to stay in the country and order his deportation? Based on his criminal past? Like would happen in any other country in the world in a similar case?" Especially Austria's strict Immigration laws?

The unanimous answer I got was:

"That's why we don't like them (Foreigners) Evan. As long as this kind of foreigners are centralized in Manila and Cebu areas where the authorities there are familiar with them, have more means and training available to know where to track them, we were more than happy to receive the decent ones here, happy to be and live with. But the virus has now spread all over the provinces taking us by surprise. Our police and means are totally inadequate, the last 5 years we have seen an increase in foreigners that their way of life scandalize us. Their arrogance and life style crossed the line of the basic moral rules".

Besides, many said, the majority of the population do not profit from their dollars, most living on a meager pension receiving from their country, just enough to keep going the San Miguel corporation. Others with money they will buy their way out no matter what the crime they committed".

"Then, they always complain that we Filipinos don't see anything positive on them other than the Dollar sign. What else they worth? Do they in their countries see on our FOW anything else that how best exploit them, squeeze them to the maxi paying the lowest wages possible? Do they see anything positive in our country other than exploitation of our people, be it on legitimate occupations or human trafficking?"

Like Michael Turner you see in the photo receiving an award from the president of the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro despite credible accusations against him had surfaced in the national and local press months before.

Recently, the PH government came under pressure of Human rights organizations and bloggers from around the world to implement a so badly needed control on those loose foreigners residents that not even a fingerprint of them exist in file, (as opposed to those holders of an alien resident card ) came out with the idea for the barangays (Villages) to keep a detailed registry of their presence in the community.

But did any one in the US complained when during war world 2 when the American government moved 120 thousands Americans of Japanese origin, mostly farmers, to deportation camps, on an unjustified suspicion that may be collaborating with the Japanese government?

Just ask yourself: How many innocent went to death row in the US? Some freed 20 years later, others executed to learn later they were innocent.

Here in France, not long ago, year 2005, the most sordid judicial fiasco ever (Link in French language) that chattered the lives of 13 people in a fabricated case of pedophilia, including a priest and a lawyer that attempted suicide while in detention, all screaming their innocence from jail where they stayed for 2 years, painted as monsters by the European press, their children were taken away, their carriers ruined, their houses foreclosured.

The case was masterfully fabricated by a mother also incarcerated that in order to be off the hook coached her two children what to say, and for her good luck, a rookie prosecutor- investigator saw the opportunity for promotion and "congratulations", handled the case in the way hopping to collect both. The mother, cracked the first day of trail, confessed the fabrication of the charges in open court in front of the jurors. A few days later, the accused received a public apology of the then French Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin, as for the prosecutor, he is still in office.

Next in few days. The case of Expat Kevin Taylor and his Filipina partner imprisoned in a jail near Manila for almost 2 years now without a trail. If this case did not generate any discussion in the CDO sexpats Yahoo group, some of them, known for their arrogance and Filipino trashing traveled to a forum managed by the scammer perry Gamsby Then, The "allies" one by one entered the parade, Mike Farrell holding the flag. Speaking of Mike and before I tell you what his "contribution" to the Kevin Taylor cause was, I'm informing you that he's now passed 73, his dementia slowly reaching the paroxysm, that despite the express - unexpected - appearance to this other forum of his long time friend Gordon Elletson to his defense, the war erupted again in the Yahoo sexpats group. The same old story. The sexpats are so bored that need to stimulate once in a while their nervous system and prove to each other they exist. I'll tell you how they do it...Come back in few days. For the CDO sexpats, the Norwegian guy Sven Erik Berger victim of a police incompetence to properly investigate isn't a friend. There isn't a single forum in the Philippines-including pinoy and foreigner owned- that did not discuss the sordid story of this Norwegian and his Filipina fiancee. As of the writing of these lines, I am confident their release is a few days away, to the embarrassment of the country. It has been debated everywhere with class and style, courageously and no complacency. The only place we haven't read anything is the sexpats CDO Yahoo group, too busy with that American that his dead body is lying for days now, unbalmed somewhere in a funeral parlor as a collateral for unpaid medical bills. They were almost ready to go for another Tom Hunt saga involving his family - wife and children- that lives in the US not responding to the their calls, but they thought it over. With this ass Evan around hard to make circus again...

And speaking of Norwegians, here comes Torgeir Hansen, an expat living in CDO who seems to be a friend. (Yes or No?) As a member of this forum, he requested help to find an American citizen missing somewhere in Mindanao, that reportedly was abducted in a CDO hotel, that's what a policeman told to Torgeir. Not very clear about his motivations for this search, can be a friend? on Humanitarian ground? We don't know, provided Torgeir's English is limited - just a grade above mine - and probably the reason of being ignored by the members of the forum mostly yanks, and he got upset. Torgeir, As a European myself, I'm wondering what the hell are you doing there among jarheads yanks and noble English speaking guys. One last thing: They are not only busy talking about the dead kano. They are trying to rescue Mike's Mounstephen "aka" Spooks brothel reputation by sponsoring it one after the other. And that's the reason Mike Farrell's picture is posted above.
Traditionally, the main sponsor keeping Spooks brothel open was Mike Belter and to a certain extend Daisy Cline. It looks like the second has learned her lesson and distanced herself from the place, the first, i think he just doing things discretely now.
So who's next? Mike Farrell of course!!
In an attempt to polish the image of the brothel he vouched for by posing himself in a well frequented blog about night life in CDO, attempt to show that Spooks is a family place where you can find even children menu at 2AM!. Daisy's Cline ELCI charity - Mike Farrell - The saga and more.

I didn't even have time to explain in details my opinion on the ELCI charity, why I believe is "a wash off bad image laundry machine, a "for the picture only" social club with some children feeding activities for the heck of justifying the title "charity" when suddenly the sexpats started arguing about the credibility of Mike Farrell to manage the finances of the club, among other disagreements. I will direct you to their forum for a first hand look what the gossips is all about, then I'll tell you the real story behind the...coup d'état. But first, take a look here

What's the gossips M.Belter is talking about? It has something to do with his frequent visits to Spooks brothel, drinking habits, rude languages and things like that..

Today, I am here to find out why Mike is gone, been thanked after 15 years of loyalty to the expat charity where he serves with a touch of class and rewarded with more than one San Miguel medal and other distinguished awards... To describe Mike's Farrell action in the PH I will need more than one blog, hundreds of pages, too long, especially that our main contributor, co-founder of this blog and specialist in Farrellogy Brad Hughes, has now his own business in association with Chris Bennetts and Perry Gamsby. Let's get started. To your left, is a newly arrived expat from England named Jim Cunningham, in his late 60s early 70s, (?) He is the one to the right of Michael Turner in the photo above. (To my opinion he shouldn't get that close.) He's living with his younger wife in Cagayan De Oro, he's active in the ELCI group, the sexpats' forum, even though he's not the best fit there.

Jim is a British national, nothing to do with K-bar knives, door gunners and green beret Nam "heroes". He's an educated man, not a sexpat, meaning he chose to live in the Philippines for reason other than those that keep the third of their age chick sequestered in the Philippines, fearing once in the US will be greeted in the airport by Albert Dermot.

My understanding is, he was living with his wife in the UK, she had her own career, once retired, both agreed to enjoy life in CDO. Welcome Jim. That's the kind of expats the PH wants...

As a committed "paparazzi" - (sic!, Daisy's word I am not happy with it,!No! too good for Daisy to have me on her ass as such, like she feels is a famous person- I'd rather be called stalker, it fits better under the circumstances ) I am trying not to lose sight of what is going on in CDO for reasons that I have explained in several entries of this blog.

I waited until the end of this saga taking place within the ELCI/sexpats group for confirmation of a predictable outcome, kisses and hugs that is, the opposite will mean that Evan Iliadis will party on the destruction of the group! Daisy said it right here.

Wrong! I have never thought she, Daisy, will be Helen of Troy triggering a war menacing the sexpats' unity. No. It takes more than that, like the total destruction of Spooks brothel, the deportation of Paul Petrea and Chris Bennetts, destruction of ELCI'S "charity" laundry machine sparkling out the image of the low life sexpats for a small donation, like the report Daisy posted on line. Notice the pimps? That's all they have to give? 25 dollars each? How about Chris Bennetts? You didn't publish his donation... You are selling the credibility of your group for so little money that no one believes what you say on the real mission of the charity, but believe it or not, people who read this they do believe me.

Back to the war of Troy. What exactly happened? How this conflict started between a jarhead first Sergeant Mike Farrell, the doyen and the newbie in the hierarchy - as defined by the First Sergeant - Jim Cunningham?

Scratching the surface, it seemed like Jim objected the fact that Mike Farrell was the sole "maitre a bord" in the finances of the group, mostly coming from Wednesday's meeting raffle put in place and animated by Mike Farrell, Most important was the "investment " of the funds that Jim wanted to be in favor of an orphanage he's the chairman, as opposed to Mike who had other projects in mind.

Only a few intervened in the forum in defense of M. Farrell, -Defense on what? - most of the fight taking place behind curtain. Now, is it really worth my time and waist of bandwidth writing about clashes in the sexpat community involving a charity worth barely 60K pesos or about 1,350 US dollars? There isn't any financial scandal to report here, for now at least, besides, I have said all along that M. Farrell is not a scammer, will never be, I reiterate it again.

If am here today, is to report on an ethical issue that is boiling within a number of members in the expat community (Without the S) where many think M. Farrell is not doing a good job. Statement after statement, tempered behavior and nasty words addressed to some, revealed a not so reincarnated and happily living in CDO. Further more, with a squad of few of the same flocking together he badly exposed the expat community, promoting meetings, events and "happy hour" moments at Spooks brothel. Worst, he tolerated the exposure of the wives by Gordon Elletson - so did Daisy Cline - both knew about the existence of these photos in Gordy's now defunct web site, both appear on. They were so proud of these pictures!... They only reacted when Evan posted them in this site...

Then, there is this statement from Jil Wrinkle the king of the sexpats, this druggie hippie flocking in Pataya together with the lowest of the low life sexpats, moved to CDO and now in his 50's, back to his mom in the US for food and shelter, leaving his young wife behind, with an irresponsible statement about her, right on the home page of his blog. (See screen shot above) Why the world should know that his wife has some kind of affiliation with Go Go bars in Pataya?

He will soon have a special spot on this wall of shame as been a very active member within the sexpats squad AND the ELCI.

But that's not the statement involving M. Farrell I was talking about. Is the one below. (Click on to enlarge it)

Mike Farrell, do you agree with this hippie? Have you ever made such statement on the subject? I personally haven't seen it. But if you didn't why you did not reply to this post? Because he's a friend? Many are pissed off about your perception as to what friendship is all about, saying that everything is permitted and no objection to what ever he/she will say or do, as long as it doesn't addresses one of ours. In other words, who cares what Michael Turner says and does, as long as is not pointing to us..Your opponent and expat group wannabe leader he did reply to Jil's garbage with a firm and decent statement as shown below:

Here come the noble I was talking about. He does not hesitate to yell "come to order", without the need of K-bar and door gunners, green berets and military titles to be respected. He has a different vision of what an expat having close ties with the local community should behave like. Mike, Because of the way you handled the plot set up by Jim I can't really find out how stupid or clever you are. Do you rally believe it was a money management problem Jim brought up for discussion? Not to my opinion. He wanted you out (as a starting point) to give a new image and direction to the charity AND the sexpat wing of the expat community in CDO feeling that as it stands now there isn't any chance it can grow and prosper.

I said clever, thinking that there is a possibility you smelled the dead rat but you avoided - publicly at least- the real issue approaching it as just a money management concern , as the bait was presented to you by Jim. Whatever it is I have an advisement for you.

To step down, stop misleading future expats luring them to CDO for the only purpose of you having a squad of 10-15 so you don't get bored. Drunkards need drinking companions, is extremely dangerous to drink solo, that may causes severe depression.

At 73 you are now a bachelor again. I am not going to the details that massively came to my mailbox, but it shows you are far for being reincarnated in CDO paradise... How you can advise others to join you? You haven't been able to unite the expat community because you don't really fit as a leader to the majority that, unfortunately for you, aren't former jarheads and even those that are, have long ago been assimilated into the real world, they no longer obeying to a First Sergeant.You have committed grave errors in "promoting" you fellows that a few chinilas given to the poor children, some feeding and your work in the Rotary did not overshadow. I don't know your Military record in details, but assuming you have fulfilled your duties as a first sergeant (The equivalent of the Adjudant in the French army with some small differences) that mainly consists of:

Tom McAllaster, in his late 60's , not a CDO resident but he used to live in Bohol, to his regret because his wife is from Tagbilaran and no sexpat community there, a "friend", my mentoree in Rotary and his teacher of what charity is all about, is a good supporter of your group but pissed off that he had to go back to the US thanks to his smart young wife (19 when they got married) that in front of me and my wife gave him a lecture why they should move to the US. Your husband, has praised his "philanthropist" record in Bohol, and as you know, I have mails in my possession showing he was the first to be informed by Derek hours before taking a red eye flight from Sidney to Manila to avoid possible imminent arrest. The mails shown, (you have read them) that Tom congratulated him on his conquest, possibly underage then, in total disrespect for his wife Adriana you both met in the Rotary in Bohol and like anyone else, had only the best to say about her. Informed by Derek Pyrah that he dumped his wife for more than 35 years for a chick third of his age, all he had to say was encouraging him to come and live in CDO.

Derek Pyrah is living in Bukidnon in a mansion paid with stolen money from his family, business partners, Rotary Matching Grants, donations from good people Rotarian and others. Even he was kicked out of the Rotary on a dishonorable discharge, he still managed to be a member in the Rotary Club of Cagayan De Oro where Michael Turner is also a member.

Derek Pyrah is wanted in AU for tax evasion in connection with his insurance business but also with the Village Aide Program funds.

He's wanted by several creditors including by his long date best friend for fraud in connection with a business he until recently had in Cagayan de Oro, only the trace in Google left for what used to be a web site directing to him.

Clicking on the link you won't find his name anymore. The business is gone, so did the money his friend invested in the Philippines managed by Derek.

Most important, he's wanted by his family, ex-wife, children and others for questioning on several issues, including but not limited, to the looting of the family insurance business that was run by them while he was playboying with chicks in the PH, officially in VAP missions.!. Yeah, right....Someone's laughing? you can! you can! Do it!

Some of his children, want face to face answers on an issue that has destroyed the life of one of them, that if proven, he will be in big trouble with the judicial system in AU. Because no one is expecting Derek to come in AU anytime soon, legal action is taking place by several to bring him back. I will soon open a special topic on Derek as the investigation progresses bringing you the latest.

I know Mike, that's not your problem. Why you should keep record for any expat living in CDO? Especially Derek is not a member of your squad? But still, he lives in your area and might ask your guidance and help. Are you going to give it to him?

But IS your problem this shameful stand of your partner Daisy Cline, that you stamped the selling of her soul to devil in exchange of accepting money from pimps, sexpats and criminals that didn't even bother to show up for the reception of their gifts. Paul Petrea Spooks and Michael Turner receiving a gift from Mayor Jaraula hands!.... And Spooks? What he got for his 1000 pesos? Since he got nothing, I would appreciate if you can take your squad ( don't forget to include Paul, he's now a hero in CDO for only $25) and on the sound of the hymn that you are familiar with , go on a parade on the streets of CDO as a farewell to the community that asked you to retire. Don't forget to make a short stop in front of "Spooks" and salute Mike Mounstephen and the "girls" in a token of appreciation for their help to your noble endeavors.

As for the poor children you leave behind don't worry Mike. They can make it without you, they will always find a way to buy a pair of chinilas on their own. If at least was a scholarship to an orphan child....Oh well, we can't have them all...

One more thing and I'm done. The guy who received the gift for Paul Petrea didn't feel necessary to wear even a 200 pesos Barong Tagalog, with a pair of the cheapest black pants, just to match the ambiance of the soiree? That's all the ELCI worth? Jeans pants? I hope he has taken a shower at least....You know Paul's buddies don't you? All to his image!....

Looking at the LIC page about the "International event" that CNN missed, we can only read seven comments, and what comments lol!.. mostly mockery or jokes. Evan ILIADIS like to greet you for the continuance in trust and cooperation. Together, working hand in hand putting our talent and good will in action will build strong, efficient and sustainable results towards eradication of poverty, prostitution and human rights abuses in Cagayan De Oro and elsewhere in the country.

Have no doubt brothers, our efforts aren't futile or low impact in the international community. In fact, in less than 2 years 38780 visitors came to the site making it the number one in promoting the sexpat community in the Philippines around the world. Many inspired of our model, like Brad Hughes who now is prospering on his own, like Chris Bennetts where in association with some others that asked anonymity, went on creating special blogs in promoting Evan's activities making him famous in the cyber sphere, (Thank you) then in turn, Evan with some others that also asked anonymity, returned Chris' favor making him even more famous than he ever was!

Isn't this wonderful brothers? Isn't this an example of solidarity, the kind of "one for all, all for one"? For the world to be inspired and continue the striving after we all pass away (me the first) to finish what we have started? I'm sure you agree....

I thank you very much for your invitation to be the guest of honor to the much publicized International night December 16, 2010 6:30 PM at Pearlmont Hotel Ballroom Limketkai Drive, Cagayan de Oro City - a unique opportunity for me to meet and interview the celebrities, la creme de la creme of the Sexpatriots including famous names that I will address some shortly.
But as you have been able to watch in your Bamboo TV channel, due to bad weather here in France resulting in flights cancellation I couldn't attend this major event, masterfully handled by the organizers, the master of the ceremonies being the well known philanthropist Madame Daisy Cline head of the ELCI group.

But of course, an event of this importance couldn't rely only on the presence of Evan as the main propagandist or, as some like to call him, a paparazzi to diffuse the glamor and aerial atmosphere created by the gorgeous- sexy sexpats' wives and girl friends.

The back up solution was the living in Cebu forum (LIC for short) where Daisy had already made arrangements, just in case, and she was right. However, without being nosy and indiscreet, I was wondering why this forum and not the official sexpats' Yahoo Group...But that's none of our business, just wondering....

But as you know dear friends, in this internet era we are living today one can report events from thousands miles away like he was there. The organizers, knowing my talent in promoting the sexpat community, and most important the ELCI group, sent me all the necessary material and most important moments of the evening and ask me to put together this memorable evening that the entire population of CDO and surrounding will remember for years to come. Lets get started:

As you may recall, there was a raffle selling tickets the profit going to help poor children in the community that without our help the starvation was there. Sure death for these poor children. Of course, to best marketing the sale there was some prizes to be given away to those purchased the tickets. For some reason, the name of the winners wasn't published in the initial report given by Daisy to the LIC forum, apparently leaving this task to me. Thanks Daisy, not only I will publish their name, but I will take this opportunity to let the world know - in exclusivity- what other awards some of them have been honored recently.

The first winner in the raffle was First Sexpat Gordon Elletson "aka" TexKano".

In addition to a package received from "Harvest SEO" Michael Turner's company which the content remains secret, provided the company has its own trade secrets in promoting web sites, it was revealed to the audience another major award that Gordy received not long ago. The event was projected on a giant screen for the participants to watch, former Mayor Jaraula visibly moved to see one of his sexpats living in his town receiving such award...

Here is Gordy!! Needles to say Gordy was greeted with a long standing ovation that lasted about 5 minutes!

Gordy received this medal from the hands of some one that he has been a fan and supporter way before his election as president, some one that where other presidents did pass by ignoring his heroic record started in Vietnam and furthered nearby the Philippines where he served the children with "honor and fidelity" privately under the guidance of another veteran living with him named Bobbubabaker, but also as an active member of the ELCI group. Congratulations Gordy.. Your admiration for President Obama paid off!...Finally!...

The second important event of the evening was the re-insertion in the CDO Sexpats Group of another Veteran, a close friend of Gordy and Mike Farrell, my favorite First Sergeant , also an awardee as we'll see later. Here comes Brad Hughes! A big round of applauds please!
The life of Brad is quite rich in events and past controversies, but reading bellow we can understand.

It was really difficult to all of us involved to understand the grudge between Brad and his Nam companions, often times reaching worrisome proportions. I personally am so glad that the three had settled their differences before the event and Brad has been able to be present, with his lovely wife of course. ( Not to be a gossiper, but I'm sure Mike Farrell invited her to open the ball with him in an imperial Vals dance style Luis XV) And guess what!... He won one of the raffle prizes.! Not a cheap one! He won the second package given by Harvest SEO, Michael Turner's company.

Folks, this was a gift of God for Brad. Many don't understand the high value of this package, so I need to explain. SEO stands for SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION, meaning in short, the technique of how your web site will come up in the first page of Google as soon as you type what you are searching for. Brad was complaining that his web site wasn't indexed in the search engines and he was miserable. Now, thanks to Michael Turner all you have to do is just type "Brad Hughes Philippines" ( without the quotes) and voila! Brad's site is here! Now, because the site is right on the first page this doesn't mean that readers will rush on your page before gets congested and read what you have to say ok? But don't worry Brad, your friend Evan will make sure you have enough visitors to your site so you may make some money also..

Brad - whom I have never met but an exchange of 135 mails in file is more than enough to know some one- has always intrigued me in his way of thinking. In one of his mails he said to me this:

Anyway, back to our business, the ELCI evening gala that is, it was great to see the Nam warriors reunited, friends again, accolades, tears of joy and exchange of gifts. Brad promised a lasting peace, and for never losing sight of the promises he made, he now has the photos of Gordy and Mike Farrell right on his computer desk where he spent most of the time every day. Fund raising for the unfortunate children? Which children was? I am sorry to be nosy and indiscreet but today Sunday here, I went to the Filipino Church in Cannes and as usual, after the Liturgy we had our agape time and some one, Maria from Bukindnon, pointed out that she couldn't find any pictures of the event on the ELCI's web site or other affiliate sites, with the exception the one mentioned above (LIC) and all we can see is Filipinos. Was this an International night? Here is a photo what Maria meant about.

I felt so embarrassed folks, I was looking for a cubic of sand to hide my head in lol!!

It's been long time you haven't read from me about Michael Turner, it was for a reason, that reason is now lifted, the world must read the sordid story of a unique socio/psychopath predator connected to the local elite, committed crimes against Filipino citizens, and still walking free the streets in Cagayan De Oro Philippines,

The story is based on his (Michael Turner) statements and archives of his own blog that I will direct you shortly, on criminal records obtained under the freedom of information act in the US that you will have the opportunity to read right from the source, and also from (some) of his victims that have published their side of the story namely and signed.
But they (his victims) didn't do more than that. They lost faith in the Philippines Judicial System for reparation due to luck of financial resources AND connections, a must to prevail in this country and also of fear because this foreigner predator -Michael Turner - has a passion with arms and showed it in his blog as he did take care to be pictured with some top officials in the country- including the then vice President of the PH Noli De Castro, enough bluffing to intimidate the locals and make them believe that he's a big shot.

Folks, it's all smoke and mirrors. Michael Turner has never been a VIP in the country. I will show you the techniques he used to built this image that works in the PH, easily swallowed by Filipinos but hard to cross the borders and oceans.

The story I am about to begin the presentation is beyond the ability of any one to comprehend how a business dispute between Michael Turner and one of his partners in the Philippines turned out to reveal the evil, paranoid, schizophrenic behavior of Michael Turner used to destroy the reputation of this Filipino girl and her family right in her turf, her own country and town, to the total indifference of the local authorities and expat community where he's a member. Let's get started.

It's not clear, or at least not known to me, when exactly Turner arrived in the Philippines, but all I am interested is the beginning of his official show up which is the year 2005 when he opened a business there named HARVEST SEO specialized in promoting the exposure of business in the internet, plus exactly, ranking their visibility in the search engines. For those not familiar with the procedure, and in simple words, it consists of a building with a battery of computers and personnel using them for linking a customer's web site to other websites, something that is a must for Google to find and index it to their search engine rapidly and positioned on the first pages of the results. And that's exactly what people behind the computers are trying to find; backlinks, create the right META words and site maps, then submit your site to search engines like Yahoo, Google and others.

Please note, that on the link above that bring you to "about us" Michael Turner's name vanished, so did from every single page of his web site. Also, there is nothing in Florida, there never was, the US telephone number is forwarded to the Philippines.

Under Philippines law, as a foreigner he could not operate a business and did what many others do; hire a dummy to run it using her name. He found Marisyl Castillon, a bright, well educated, a computer science graduated girl in her 20s that perfectly fit the profile of an innocent person when it comes to business. And that's what Michael Turner wanted, since he was financing the whole operation with his own money. The business permit issued by the PH authority is showing Marisyl as the designated owner of the business having the legal responsibility, Michael Turner is no where to be found in the transaction.

The honeymoon didn't last long. Like most of the foreigners investing in small business that locals have the knowledge and skills to compete, make no mistake as to who the winner will be. The local of course. Filipinos got talent in the IT field, foreign investors know that, those who come with big, fat bank accounts will prevail, others, like Michael Turner, coming here with pocket money they have no chance to survive.

What exactly happened in harvestseo.com that triggered the creation of a blog authored by Michael Turner for the sole purpose of killing the reputation of his partner -Marisyl Castillon- her family and loyal employees in the most satanic and pervert way?

Here is what we know from the court documents and affidavits of both -Turner and Castillon- that I will direct you shortly to see their depositions.

Michael Turner claims this: (First page of his complain)

But going through all pages of Turner's affidavit I haven't read any thing about fraud, extortion or felonious acts committed, or any discoveries, testimonies, annexed documents attached proving the allegation. The only clear accusation is found in the paragraph 11 of the page 7 of the complain and says this"

My observation to this statement is that it wasn't Turner's clients but company's clients, that company owned by Marisyl Castillon as the business permit show below bearing all legal responsibilities, therefore all income should go to a company's account and not to Turner's name.

To which, Maricyl Castillon replied in her affidavit read in paragraphs 18&19 of the page 7 to the same court this:

and this in page 2 of the Castillon's affidavit that was accompanied with about a 12sen annexed documents corroborating her claims and statements.

And again, reading all sentences, paragraphs and comments in the affidavits I haven't see anything about fraud and conspiracy but just a business dispute that I doubt Turner could find a judge to bring a case like that in a jury trial as he requested. That's why, we never heard again, probably the case filled in Florida was dismissed, otherwise, should anything happened to his favor make no mistake that he- Turner - will trumpet the event all over the net.

But we did hear from a Cagayan De Oro court. He obtained a judgment from a local judge to seize what he was claiming as his property from Harvestseo company that continued functioning under the helm of Marisyl Castillon. In his blog Turner said that he moved in to execute the judgment with his lawyer and 20 cops! Yes, you read right.. In the US a Marchal will be more than enough.. How the police in CDO Philippines sent 20 cops to help a foreigner in a 30 computers seize while local businessmen in similar situations have to hire private guards and their own laborers to enter the premise, I will explain you this down the road.

Anyway, Turner obtained what he wanted, rightfully or wrongfully, I am not here to judge, that's not the subject of this story, from this point the dispute should come to an end, the parties involved should move on with their lives and me shouldn't be sitting here writing this blog.

Unfortunately, it didn't happen. And that's where the real story begin.

Introducing the real Michael Turner as we know him from his blog and statements

In the beginning of this story and in the title, I labeled Michael Turner a sociopath. I owe the world a reason and an explanation for this, it will be the subject in a few lines from now, but first I must introduce his coming and stay to the Philippines where he still resides, the kind of "investor" he is, his constant troubles with the law, who his friends and acquaintances are, then will conclude with this thing, socio/psychopath, a trendy, hot topic now days in the blogs around the world, the latest I read is this one, very scary, frightening!. Take a look later when you have a minute, for the moment stay here, there will also be good stuff to read...

When Michael came to the Philippines bringing with him his moderate computer skills and a little money thinking to take advantage of the low wages skilled Filipino workers and loose business laws and regulations, he realized quickly that it wasn't enough to gain a VIP spot in the Cagayan De Oro community, especially that he came without a verifiable curriculum vitae from the USA, worst, fearing that some one will release the skeletons in his dusty closet out in the open, which it did happen as will be published later.
So, he started an image building job and the Rotary International was the place to be, where Mayor Jaraula was a member and also a former Rotary District Governor. He also joined the Philippines Eagles organization and some others associations. Needles to say that Turner didn't have the basic education and ideology corresponding to the motto of these organizations and associations, it was rather "for the picture only." He was hunting for every opportunity to be pictured with personalities like Senators and Congressmen, visiting the local Rotary Club, a Judge that he saw in the mall and approach him "for an interview" and click!.. the photo in the blog... He has plenty of these kind smoke and mirrors in his blog entries.
Slowly, he upgraded his profile to the rising star status, the distinguished expat in a sexagenarian /septuagenarian (mostly) sexpat community and was designated as the official port-parole-spokesman that is- in events involving foreigners in Cagayan De Oro.

But we all know, you can only fool few people for a long time, many people for a short time, but not all the people all the time. He, -Turner- in a rush to further extend his image building job and portray himself the kind of "know all " respected guy, he set up a blog recording his thoughts and events concerning him and others, his activities, emotions and depressions that came to bite his ass badly, revealing his personality disorders to its worst, that many overlooked the need to put together his statements hinting a dangerous sociopath is among us. We could have save a few lives.

The first warning came from his blog entry dated Feb. 20 - 2006 just days before the March 2006 date of the dispute and court filing documents as described above. In this entry, everything seems to be OK between the partners -Turner and Castillon- he's announcing their departure for New York Sunday Feb. 27-2006. Here is a screen shot of the entry. In this entry, Turner goes on posting a bunch of pictures showing Marisyl in a previous SES event in Chicago held in 2005. Reader, I am sure you will agree with me, reading this entry, do you see any signs of dispute is taking place in that date? Feb. 20- 2006?
So, what happened in 3 weeks time that it was that bad, to the point for Michael Turner to assault her (According to Marisyl Castillon affidavit), To go on a jihad destroying the reputation of her and her family trough law suits, blog articles, taking also on third party commentators for been sympathetic to this young girl?

Then, in another entry dated May 24 2006, he went on putting incoherent statements about him apparently written in an uncontrolled mental state that concluded this: (Click on the image to enlarge it)

Alarming signs of a sociopath's behavior that those being close in business and personal relationship should have take into account and try to stop his dementia before he makes more victims. But no one did, not even Marisyl Castillon fearing reprisals, because, I am sure, she knows much more than any one else but she kept silent. With all due respect in her decision, I think she was wrong, she had all the means of fighting her reputation, a computer literate, an educated woman handling English satisfactorily, more than enough to explain her side of the story. She didn't. So be... I'll do it myself... Not for her, but for Turner's future victims..

Turner went on with pages and pages in his blog using his relationship in the CDO police , thanks to a Rambo cousin in law- a fugitive wanted for 4 murders that Michael Turner was involved-published garbage from police blotters and "victims" all directed to her family. I will provide you all the links to his blog later if you are interested, the screen shots bellow gives you already a hint.

Turner's sick, arrogant, I should say psychotic behavior towards the Castillon family goes on unchallenged, unopposed and getting worst posting after posting, when out of imagination and lies fabrication on the Castillons, he needed other victims to satisfy his perverse and didn't even spare his own wife.
In another crisis of dementia and need to harm some one, he posted this, in total disrespect to his wife that read it and felt second to some body else in her husband's life, but the first never been what Turner said she was.. Here is a screen shot.

PAYBACK TIME

But as the saying goes, "what goes around comes around", Michael Turner did not escape that Karma thing. The world heard about him in a big way, From the national (Philippines) press to local Mindanao island press and to many blogs and forums like this.

In March of this year 2010 he got the biggest publicity he ever dreamed, the one that thousands read it around the world, the one that shows the "powerful" Michael Turner , the "untouchable" above the law foreigner investor involved in a murder case of 4 people, (The 4th, injured , died later), lied to the investigators and got away with it....

One would think that someone being exposed like this, with real, proven and indisputable facts about his past and present criminal involvement will do one of two things: Keep silent and low profile until the storm goes away and all is forgotten, or make a statement refuting, explaining what really happened that night in the bar that his wife's relative and Turner's idol policeman Ansell Ladra took the life of 4 - 3 soldiers and one civilian.
Instead, he revived his dormant blog where he hadn't post anything since may 2009. In April 2010 and days after the breaking up of the story wrote this:

And he goes on in this entry to tell us this:
"Gaw (cousin) Ansell Ladra told me these type of ants are lucky and make the person or home that has them wealthy. I think they are really more indicative of wealth, as in wealthy homes there is more a chance that the ants can feast, rather than that their presence indicates coming wealth".

No, is not about Ants Darts and Dogs. It's about a statement of loyalty to his cousin policeman Ansell Ladra, the cold blood killer that killed 4 people, Turner knows much more than told to the investigators.
It's about gratitude to his cousin for helping him come out of his depression due to craving of harming some one, preferably an innocent so we can hate him as he wanted us to do!...

And he succeeded....

In closing, we need to determine what a sociopath is exactly; If you google the word hundreds of pages will come up, from Psychiatrists to psychologists, Psychoanalysts and Psychotherapist and what ever other Psy I missed, plus forums and discussion boards, you'll go through disagreement, different opinions and descriptions as to if there is association between sociopaths and psychopaths, attaching "special labels" to them like Narcissism and bipolar behavior, predisposition to heinous and cruel crimes for pleasure and more.

But they all agree to the basic description of a sociopath that is:

"The main characteristic of a sociopath is a disregard for the rights of others. Sociopaths are also unable to conform to what society defines as a normal personality. Antisocial tendencies are a big part of the sociopath’s personality. This pattern usually comes into evidence around the age of 15. If it is not treated, it can develop into adulthood.
Visible symptoms include physical aggression and the inability to hold down a steady job. The sociopath also finds it hard to sustain relationships and shows a lack of regret in his or her actions.

A major personality behavior trait is the violation of the rights of others. This can appear as a disregard for the physical or sexual wellbeing of another.
Although these symptoms are all present, they may not always be evident. Research has shown that the sociopath is usually a person with an abundance of charm and wit. He or she may appear friendly and considerate, but these attributes are usually superficial. They are used as a way of blinding the other person to the personal agenda behind the sociopath’s behavior.
Many people with antisocial personality disorder frequently indulge in alcohol or drug use. They may use these substances heavily as a way of heightening their antisocial personality. The sociopath sometimes sees the world on his or her own terms, as a place of high drama and risky thrills. The sociopath may suffer from low self esteem, and the use of alcohol and drugs is a way to diminish these feelings".

Reader, do you still have any doubt that Michael Turner fits the profile of a dangerous sociopath?

Indeed, something sorts itself out today.

While I was preparing a long overdue update on First Sergent Mike Farrel, a key figure, (After Gordon Elletson) in Cagayan De Oro sexpat community, I was alerted by a friend on a topic Paul Petrea started in his own forum under the title

"Payroll loan prospect for investors 5% / month, 60% / year".

Sounds familiar? For many yes, for others we need to inform them before they leave their last T-shirt in the Philippines and be repatriated to their Embassy expenses.

The original thread in living in Cebu forums is here. It has 13 pages and I have saved them all. I will direct you to his (original) thread until he decides to do what he usually does under similar circumstances, that is erasing the entire topic, manipulating postings by editing as fit, spying on your private message box.

Try to find this topic saved from his board.

He has erased it folks! Gone! too compromising for him and his others low life cohorts.

Anyway, back to today's subject, the topic stirred a bunch of controversy in his forum and Paul Petrea decided to keep all communications and request for information out of the board, all you see, is "PM me" "I sent you a mail" "I'll call you tonite" Yes Folks.. It smells bad.

On this one, member JTS expressed a loud opposition to this scam and Paul banned him. As usual with any one disagree with him. Paul did it in the early days of the topic hopping to intimidate other prospective critics but he failed. The mounting criticism among the members forced Paul to make it a "Sticky" thread (His own label).

In the very recent years, 1 or 2, we have seen the get rich fast financial scams flourishing around the world in an unprecedented numbers and sophistication as never before, the US and the Philippines wearing the crown. Famous crooks, like Bernard Madoff, the Legacy and Rural banks and others didn't build the Ponzi scam overnight. They did not squeezed their first customers preferring to be punctual and even more generous than they initially promised thinking they will be their best publicity instrument in the future, their testimonials and the singing of the fat lady will be the talk of the town. And we all know the rest of the story.

Paul Petrea is walking the same path. Investor, don't worry, you won't be scammed, not yet, with the reputation Paul has he needs alot of testimonials to build his integrity and counts for that on the first investors to scream it out as loud as they can. Please keep in mind that he started "small" and suddenly decided to go XXXL. In the first 4 pages of the thread he's talking about a "ticket" of 60,000 pesos, he repeated the number times and again, then went on to raise it to 6,000,000.00, that is six millions, with an M.

we don't know how many lucky fools he has already found, yes, lucky, because these will see some money for the reasons I stated above, but beware when the jackpot will get fatter. Because no scammer will be happy to see again his photo been in a jail for a few hundred dollars. It got to be more than that. He said that, not me.

Please, go to his forum and slap this ass right there... In his own turf!... As some have done already. Go through the pages below and read. There isn't any friend behind this scam, is just him, he invented the "friend" to avoid troubles doing business as a foreigner in the Philippines. He doesn't help poor people, as he said, to borrow at lower rates. He's helping himself by making poor people poorer. If they have a stable job and income they can find money with lower interest than 5%. Remember: You -the lender- get 5%. What interest he charges to the victim? At least 10%! A month! Talk about philanthropists lol!!!

Paul Petrea has now closed the topic in a very discrete way, meaning, "do it without saying it." Here is the link to the last page of the thread. He will try to screw you through private solicitation mails, he will never publish complains and bad experiences, we'll never know how many of you have been screwed. Yeah, I know... some kiss asses and fake customers will come forward and scream the "happy campers" thing but don't believe a damn word of this crook and his cohorts.

Folks, once again, there isn't a friend behind this scam. It's only him. He invented the friend to blame some body else when your money will vanish "a la Legacy Bank style." The screenshot below is taken from his living in cebu forums and illustrates perfectly who the "banker" is.

He didn't go through all that because he loves the PI that much as he says, but because he can't go back to the USA, he has "some problems" there. Proof is that when he was deported out of the country in 2006 he chose to go to Australia instead of the USA, that could make more sense.

I am sorry to inform you, that while I was working on that, something important came in and is labeled urgent as a Philippines government project "do not delay!". It's about Paul Petrea that is heading a Ponzi scam in his forum, you know, the kind of "give me your money, I'll give it to you back with 5% montly interest" Will he? We'll see!

The change of priority is due to the fact that, as I said before, I am not considering you as a scammer, but, once again, just a stupid living on illusions, therefore there is no urgency, provided that there are no so many lined up for securing a spot in your paradise. So this can wait for a few weeks, and promise, you'll get your tribute now long overdue!...

Philippines scams and warnings part two but not final.

Reader, welcome back to our blog for another story of the sexpat community living in the Philippines, with some new residents entered the hall of shame, but not so new in the cyber space where they operate.

As we said all along and since day one of the creation of this blog, the contributors here are not pure, vulgar sycophants making irresponsible statement just to harm people's reputation. Here, we are bringing you the story as it was told by the characters mentioned in this blog, in other words, as we said before, we repeat it again today, straight out of the horse's mouth...

Today, our contributor Evan will continue the investigation on these books you find in few Yahoo and other discussion groups boards all owned by foreigners-with the exception of one or two - all sexpats. I am talking about the books you see in the photo below.

The man you see on the upper right corner dressed in business suit is Perry Gamsby that he introduces himself as the author of these books. But Evan has a different view of the real story. Let's go to this web site www.streetwisephilippines.com/ that is publicly registered under the name of Perry Gamsby. But if you prefer to save time by skipping the trip, here is a screen-shot of the reason I'm directing you there. By the way, if you go to the link above don't forget to click on my name that you'll see on the right of your screen, where the links are. Thanks to Chris, I now have a spot in Gamsby's wall of honor! Thank you! we all need fame in this world lol!

You can only see two persons named in this business, the third one, Chris Bennetts son, is omitted here for reasons of irrelevancy to this scam since the kid is acting only as a graphic designer for the cover of the books. The two, are Perry and Chris Bennetts. He left out two of his other main partners that are Paul Petrea "aka" Woody Petrea and another one who keeps low profile in the cyber space -even in the forums he owns- that is Don Herrington. His profile in the livinginthephilippines.com discussion forum he owns, shows his last posting was in March 18, 2008, 11:07:30 AM. Long time ago folks!..

I will come back to Don Herrington introduction and the reasons he is here, but first back to our main scammers:

I have rarely read any thing about him other than self comments and from his friend Chris Bennetts. Not even Paul Petrea that he - Perry- once went out of his way to defend this criminal in the forums against the attacks coming from all over for hitting his wife. I'll direct you there shortly.

- Reading through the pages of Perry's Gamsby sites and forums I have difficulty associating him as the main author of these books. No where is stated in a clear reading visible to all, instead, the virtual store that the books are sold, http://iideasstore.com is registered anonymously, meaning you don't know who's own it, like most porn sites and other dubious internet business. Why is that? You don't have the right to know who's handling your credit card when ordering?

- Readers, the reason for hiding the ownership of this site is because it belongs to Chris Bennetts and Perry doesn't feel comfortable this to be disclosed, especially now days where this psychosociosickoillminded Evan Iliadis is after him with much more to come soon that will make him feel even more uncomfortable!.

- Chris Bennetts is all over Perry's life as the main character, the foundation of this business. See an example of what I mean by visiting this page. But don't believe a single word of what you just read, it all was made "for the pitsure" only, a misleading move, a plot to gain credibility, the PI government never invited Chris Bennetts, it was an open event, Bennetts went there like any one could, took a picture and there we go! In previous comments I have made about these books, I was telling that if you don't judge a book by its cover you certainly take a close look to who the author is. You are expecting to be some one objective, a good knowledge of his subject, and most important coming from some one in good standing in the community which he describes, the Philippines in our case. Does Perry Gamsby fits the profile? You decide, all I'm doing below is bringing you the story.

Some time in the year 2006 a Yahoo forum was setup by some one and it seems that it was entirely dedicated to the case of Paul Petrea that from day one he put his feet in the PI has been labeled the low life guy the country ever knew. This Yahoo group PhilippineNightmares is still up and running but is inactive.

Vicious, but well documented and justified attacks were taken place against Paul Petrea so fast and in numbers he had hard time to keep up the accounting lol!

Very few came to his defense, but one moved in a big way to justify and even agree with Paul's attitude, slapping his Filipina wife JJ, going as far as humiliating her in public.

Folks, what you are about to read in the links below is not written by a Taliban but from Perry Gamsby, an Australian citizen, some one asking you to put your credit card on line and buy his thoughts expressed through his books. Both are concerning the beating of Paul Petrea wife JJ

Here is the first one, message #45 explaining his Taliban-satanic verse theory about women, supporting Paul Petrea's behavior in violence against women. But JJ, Paul's ex wife, went to another forum and explained things differently. This forum, now closed and even cached pages disappeared from the search engines, used to be a Cebu City government forum but Paul Petrea has been able to turn it in a promoting his porn and other crooked business. Now, some will come forward telling me that the events and statements made are 4 years old and maybe irrelevant today, people can say one thing at a certain time under certain circumstances, another later on after rethinking that it was wrong what they have said before.

Nothing wrong with that... As long as people realizes the wrong doing and correct it. But in our story, nothing has change and will never change. All mentioned haven't changed their behavior an iota, they continue to slander the country, its people and targeting prospective foreigners- migrants to sell them bogus information.

I will now direct you to Perry Gamsby forum streetwisephilippines3 for another statement as recent as Thu May 6, 2010 3:31 pm. He's lashing on Filipinos as they were the mother of all wrong doing in the world, he did not consider even for a minute his family ties with the Philippines and went on in the most cynical and cruel style against his wife's culture. Paul Petrea is there too. Active in this thread. How else this could be!..

So, prospective migrant to the Philippines, do you still need "the guidance"of a "writer" like this to make your mind up whether or not to migrate there and what to avoid? do you really need to put your credit card on line and buy these books that will not be more informative than a personal visit to the Philippines prior to migration, or carefully scrutinize the postings in the forums where there is some decent people that describes the reality unbiased and objectively?

AND NO! Mike Farrell in Cagayan de Oro, Don Herrington in Cebu, Paul Petrea in Cebu, and some other owners of forums are not among them. Learn to make the difference between the owner of a forum and a member of a forum.

The first, most often is a low income guy in need of money and wants to lure you "in paradise" so he can take advantage of you in various ways, either by selling you something or create traffic in his forum hopping to capitalize from ads. Paul Petrea has even a "sponsor" membership class where you can make a donation for him to buy the two bottles of Jack Daniels needed in a daily basis.

In the other hand, the poster, at least few of them, have nothing to take advantage, all they do is talk about their experience which may, or may not be an answer to your question. You are the judge. AND IS FREE!

That's about Perry Gamsby. Believe it or not, I have been nice to him today because if I go over all the statement he has made on line about Philippines and his bodies Chris Bennetts and Paul Petrea I'll put him out of business in a swift and irreversible way. I'm giving him the opportunity to correct all that and make a fresh start without pimps and criminals as partners.

Perry Gamsby you don't need to slander Flipinos that much to sell your books. You don't need such an obscene marketing, downgrading the locals and upgrading yourself as the savior of the expats "that without your books are in great danger. " As long as you keep it that way I'll be in your way..

Oh! one more thing...! You know that lawsuit of no win no fees?... Please, make it Montpellier. I love Marseille, with Aix en Provence nearby the region is the heart and soul of the French province known as "The south of France" but Montpellier and Argelès sur Mer has the charm of Spain that I also love so much... Let's meet there, No need to bring Chris Bennetts, he worth nothing once out of the Philippines, not even Australia wants him anymore...

There is no expat in the Philippines that has accumulated so much negative comments and insults over the years as Paul Petrea has. there are several reasons for this, all justified and well documented. But I can't find the reason he has so viciously lashed on Don Herrington in a forum owned and managed by Gordon Elletson now closed but I have saved the comment. Without any apparent reason, no such thread existed in the forum, Paul came out of the blue, or probably in the last drop of the second Jack Daniels bottle and posted this:

I was then the only one to reply and come to the defence of Don with this comment:

But as much as probably hate each other, they do have something in common. They both aggressively promoting these bogus "informative" Perry Gamsby's books trying to make a living. They both sell paradise in a misleading way putting you at risk, the Philippines might not be the ideal place for you.

And Mike Farrell? What he's doing here?

Mike is a permanent resident in this hall of....fame. Today there is another reason to honor him. Is because, like his pairs, he also try hard to sell you paradise. But with this difference. Mike is not a scammer, he doesn't sell anything material related to his effort to lure you in CDO except his stupidity. He doesn't target your wallet, he'll never take advantage of you. However, he needs as many expats and sexpats possible in CDO to survive and for this reason he will utilize any means to convince you that unless you live in CDO, life is meaningless!

All I have to do is just visit his sites and there he goes!! The show goes on! He moves quickly, changing, editing, altering, removing and put back again pages and comments from his web sites.
It's time to grow up now Chris, time to have a stable life, stick to your opinions instead of competing with Brad Hugues who got talent in flip flop behavior lol!!!
By the way, does he (Brad) knows that you removed his "story" from the Philippines scams blog front page as soon as I published it in mine?

But let's not loose sight for the reasons the team of sexpats wall of shame is here: Talk Philippines. We are here to help get rid of these poisonous snakes that bite my wife's people, these criminals foreigners hiding in the country, taking advantage of loose laws and rampant corruption continuing their criminal activities undisturbed and unpunished. One of them - far for been the only- is Christopher - Chris-Bennetts an Australian citizen living in the Philippines. There is a lot of documented literature on him on the web, mostly disclosed by Evan Iliadis, but the more I look, the more I read, the more I search, I can't keep track of his web sites where he's trying to fool us in buying porn videos and rip-off "know all" books related to Philippines. They are all over his sites that he refuges to sign them but thanks God, I have more than enough knowledge in internet authoring to find out what's his and what isn't...

While I was indexing his (and these of some of his flock-together) evil empire on the internet and preparing my new strategy to destroy it, I came across one (I will direct you there shortly), something that you should thing twice before you put your credit card on line ordering what he's selling. He, Christopher Bennetts, is using an old marketing technique adopted by all kind of liars, con artists and criminals, including those acting in charity scams, consisting of confusing you and bidding on your fears and horror stories the con artist masterfully generalized some very few real cases. For this to succeed, the "leader"MUST build an image that inspires trust and kind "of know all" guy something called "THE ART OF BUILDING A POSITIVE PUBLIC IMAGE" as follows:

Make a big public spectacle of whatever issue you choose. Proclaim that God is on our side and the devil is on the opponents. Dehumanize those on the other side whenever possible, so we can justify manipulating our sheep (our followers) to hate them (opponents) and support us).

This can be translated as rules 1,2,3. of the Machiavellian code.

1) Create or expand a social issue where we can generate two strongly opposing sides.

2) Create a problem so we can step in and solve it.

3) Expand on an existing known problem where the people involved can be manipulated with strong emotion.

But in our story, Chris Bennetts needed more than that to convince you to use that credit card and order his books. He needed a real person's testimonial corroborating his claims, something like don't leave home without it.

So? Readers? Are you going to buy the "book" based on this kind of experiences and testimonies? Are you going to put your credit card on a web site that you don't know who owns it? The domain name is under private registration, meaning anonymous, all "testimonies" are bogus, exaggerated, pure fiction, all invented and written for the purpose spreading fear and misinformation resulting for you to troubles if ever go to the Philippines without first reading these books.

Did Chris Bennetts succeeded in his marketing by presenting a self admitted disturbed guy to reveal a banal cultural fact as a scam? Maybe... But things will change folks... There is an avalanche of information on Bennetts activities - and others' as well- coming, that unfortunately will bring some collateral damages with it.

You'll also read from the other partners Like Paul Petrea and Perry Gambsy what their thinking about Philippines in general is, straight from the horse's mouth! No gossips and hearsay. THEIR OWN STATEMENTS! LIVE! AS THEY MADE 'EM ON THEIR OWN FORUMS AND YAHOO DISCUSSION BOARDS!!!
Then you decide if you still want to buy them....

But do you really need them? No one will scam you in the PI if you are not looking for. Everything you'll read is all fabricated, again, no one reveal his ID and documentation supporting the scam they claim were victims. Talk to real people in the forums and anyone you know living in the country, learn to filter the stories and horrors they are telling you. There are thousands expats happily married living in the PI or moved abroad, never happened anything to them. But those ole farts in their 60's and 70's dating the 16's to 20's chicks....
